03

Shelf-ready cases, secondary packaging, and point-of-sale corrugated for retail chains.
How we work
Most jobs go from brief to first pallet in weeks, not months — and you see the box at every stage, not just the invoice.
You send the product, the format, and the volume. We come back with a quote, a sample plan, and a lead time within one business day.
We draw the dieline to your product and the flute that fits — board grade, print method, closure — and send a flat for sign-off.
A physical sample lands so you can hand-check fit, board, print, and the unboxing before any production tool is cut.
Cut, printed, and palletised at our facility in Bulgaria, on European lead times.
Featured work
Real product photography, not catalogue stock. Each piece below was cut, printed, and shipped — flagged where we still need the client or use-case confirmed before naming it.

Branded retail packaging for a dried-fruit producer — kraft corrugated, in-house print.

Subscription-format mailer pair — closure visible.

Takeaway clamshell with food-safe kraft interior.

Secondary shipper with tear-strip closure.

Shelf-ready tray with custom die-cut window.

Folded mailer flat — geometry of the dieline.
Materials
Kraft corrugated, FSC certified, recyclable in standard paper streams. Mono-material by default — board, print, and closure in one recyclable loop.
Board, print, and closure are all kraft corrugated. Nothing to separate before it goes in the paper bin.
Recyclable wherever your customer already recycles paper. No take-back scheme, no contamination, no asterisk.
FSC chain-of-custody back to the mill, documented on the quote. Not a claim — a paper trail.
Industry perspective
Perhaps it's a little forgotten that forests are one of the planet's invaluable treasures. Worth recalling, then, that they not only cover 31% of the earth's land surface but also store over a billion tonnes of carbon — almost double the amount present in the atmosphere. And not only that: forests are a unique natural-ecological system for filtering ground and surface water, a natural barrier against erosion and flooding, a refuge for countless animal populations, and a key factor in maintaining the carbon–oxygen balance of the atmosphere.
These are only some of the reasons why, in recent years, the European association of carton and cartonboard manufacturers has been among the most committed defenders of forests. The use of European forests to produce paper and board is governed by sustainable forestry, in which every stage of processing the timber is traced and certified in line with PEFC (the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) and FSC (the Forest Stewardship Council).
And one little-known fact: as they grow, trees absorb carbon dioxide, which passes through the wood into the final product — the board. When cardboard packaging is recycled, that carbon stays locked inside it, preventing its re-release into the atmosphere. In this way, cardboard and cardboard products are an active part of forestry and of protecting the environment.
