These terms govern your use of the Flutemark website. They do not cover the supply of packaging or any commercial agreement, which are dealt with separately when you place an order with us.
These terms are between you and Inopackgs Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria under company number (EIK) 208348345 with registered office at 21 Angel Kanchev Street, Gabrovo, Bulgaria (“Flutemark”, “we”, “us”).
By using flutemark.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
You may browse the site and use its forms for genuine enquiries about Flutemark's products and services. You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting false information through the contact or quote forms, transmitting malware, scraping the site at volume, or interfering with its normal operation.
The site, its content, design, and code, and the “Flutemark” name and logo, are owned by Flutemark or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, or use the site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Photographs of finished packs, dielines, and similar project-level work shown on the site remain the property of Flutemark or the customer they were produced for, as applicable.
We aim to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but specifications, lead times, certifications, and availability change over time. Anything on the site is provided for general information and does not form a quote, a price, or a contract for supply. Any binding figures and terms are given in the quote or order documents we send you directly.
When you submit a contact or quote form, you confirm the details you provide are accurate to your knowledge. We handle the personal data you submit in line with our privacy notice.
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the site, its content, or its availability — express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded, including non-excludable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of your use of the site.
The site may link to third-party websites — for example, to certification bodies, processor privacy policies, or our social-media profiles. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date below reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
