Legal
This notice explains what personal data Flutemark collects through the website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and your rights under the EU GDPR (and the UK GDPR where it applies to you).
The data controller for personal data collected through this website is Inopackgs Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria under company number (EIK) 208348345, with registered office at 21 Angel Kanchev Street, Gabrovo, Bulgaria. You can reach us at hello@flutemark.com.
We collect only what you give us through the website's forms, plus a small amount of context that helps us reply to your enquiry.
Contact form
Your name, email address, company (optional), the topic of your enquiry, and the message you send us.
Quote form
The fields you complete in the multi-step quote request: your name, email, company, phone (optional), country (optional), the vertical you're quoting against, target volume and timeline, formats of interest, SKU dimensions, any food-contact or retailer-specification notes, and a free-text message.
Coming-soon signup
Your email address, recorded when you ask to be notified on launch.
Submission context
Together with each form submission, we record the page you submitted from and the referring URL where one is sent by your browser. We do not record your IP address in our database; it is processed transiently by our rate-limit and abuse controls and is not retained.
Aggregate analytics
We measure aggregate, anonymous traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and stores no personal identifiers. See the Cookies page for the detail.
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or notify you when the full site launches — and for no other purpose. Where you have asked us to provide a quote or reply to a contact enquiry, our lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract. Where you have asked to be notified on launch, our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
We use a small number of carefully selected service providers to operate the website. Each acts as a processor on our instructions, under a data-processing agreement.
Supabase — database storage
Form submissions are stored in a Supabase Postgres database hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). Supabase Inc. is the processor.
Resend — transactional email
When you submit a form, we send a notification email to our own team using Resend (Resend, Inc.). Your message content is transmitted through Resend in order to deliver that notification.
Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics
The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc.), which also provides our cookieless aggregate analytics. See the Cookies page for what is and is not collected.
Form storage is in the EU (see Supabase above). Some other providers (such as Resend and Vercel) may transfer personal data outside the EEA, including to the United States. Where they do, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
We keep the information you submit only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry or quote and to keep a reasonable record of it, and then we delete it, unless we need to keep it longer to comply with a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute. Coming-soon signup addresses are kept until we send the launch notification, after which we delete them or, with your separate consent, keep you on our mailing list.
Under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict how we process it, and to ask us to provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@flutemark.com.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU, you can complain to the authority in the country where you live or work, or where the issue arose.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics is cookieless. See the Cookies page for the full statement.
We update this page when our practices change. The last-updated date below reflects the most recent change.
Questions about this notice, or about how we handle your personal data, can be sent to hello@flutemark.com.
